Best Rate Guarantee
Our Best Rate Guarantee is simple: if you book directly with us and find a lower rate on another booking channel within 24 hours of booking your reservation, we’ll match the rate.
Terms of Guarantee
Your reservation must be booked direct through www.redjacketresorts.com, our reservation center, or a Red Jacket Resort. If within 24 hours of booking your reservation you find a better rate on another booking channel, contact Heather Murphy at 508-760-9231 or email@example.com with your confirmation number, name, the rate you paid, a link to the web site on which the lower rate was found, and the amount of the lower rate. Upon verification, we’ll match the rate.
We’re sorry, the Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following rates:
- Group or contracted rates
- Any site that requires a login and password or on a foreign independent traveler (FIT) site
- Any membership-based site (AAA, AARP)
- A mobile application
- Packaged rates that include room and food or golf components
- Rates that are available on auction sites or “opaque” sites that do not disclose the actual hotel
- When a claim covers multiple nights, rates will be compared for each separate night. Comparison must be for the same dates, room type and number of guests
